Social Aspects Of IT

Local Communities

The Social Side of IT has allowed people to connect together on many platforms in many groups. Things like wheelie day collection can also be found on the Internet giving information for nothing. Making people aware of events in a community or what’s going in those communities.

Economic Effect

There are good and bad to this but lets talk about the good side:

Quite easy for business to be set-up online doesn’t matter where you are. Making money hasn’t been easier as you can buy advertisements on website that people regularly go to by using epliate links on them. Sending emails percents off and certain user based deals.

So we have talk about the good so lets talk about the bad now. Real life businesses are closing down because the internet is becoming the forefront of selling products to people. Also the physical store is another problem for you have to pay to keep the Store up that will bills, electrical / gas with also insurance. people willing will not give companies that have physical store the time of day.

Sustainability

Having companies is good but then it is hard to keep them up and running. Other ways are to recycle things that going get people from actually and also to reduce allow people to buy things that they want but All so reuse some of the original things in the business.

Legal aspects of IT

Copyright is conceptual fixed on tangible. allowing people to police their own work. only assigning to an author it goes valid until his lifetime has ended with 50-70 years plus. as it automatically gives an idea to fixed on something real like a a piece of paper. Intellectual property law is relating to establishing the protection of the works of the owner.

Plagiarism is who gains access to work that is not their own and chooses to duplicate the work for illegal. as

Ethical Aspects of IT

Privacy of Information

People are at risk of having their Personal information stolen. People are entitled to having their information to be private. Having your information protecting is NOW a federal offence under the GDPR as well as the data protection act of 2018. By breaching the laws you can be given massive fines equalling to £ 8,472,756.67.

CMA or know commonly as the computer misuse act which can be determined by somebody having unauthorised access for example to a medical file that you shouldn’t be able to see. Unauthorised access with intent can go both ways: one way the person could do this is use the information to intently blackmail or to change to something else which intently kill them or hurt them. the other way is if you need to see the information for them for example maybe you are their doctor and you need to see their file and see.

modifying with unauthorised access is a danger as it can make the decision for the doctor seem too great as they don’t know if the file is correct so they don’t know if they are dying or if they have a bruise and that is why could be dangerous if they don’t know who is modifying if they are staff or not.

Unequal Access

Good

As nobody can access any system and change it for their own benefit, like them being able to change something that they do not like. or being able to have change their grade book and all of their grades to a 9 or A.

Bad

They have access and nobody else does at all. To damage somebody or to spread some unruly about them.

Why is the blog? good at conveying information to a wide audience?

Who can access your Blog?

Everybody can access your blog if they have an internet connection and or link to your blog they can access your blog. even if they are in different country.

What type of information can be included?

Lots of kinds of information such as: movies, images, text and all kinds of other multimedia’s. it helps to use them as it will make a blog become very much enjoyable as if it was a wall of text then that would be boring and you would not get as much people on your blog reading.

Editing and Publishing the blog

Editing is always happening it is also a way for the writer of the blog to not release until they feel ready to do so. if they feel ready to publish they can very easily do that and wold release it to the world and engage them.

Is there anything that the blog does not do well?

Is it difficult to make a blog entry?

No it is quite easy, all you need is a idea of the thing you are writing about and a internet connection. The main problem is going to come from actually talking about the thing you want to talk about as you know public speaking in anyway can be a ordeal for people.

How easy is it to update an existing entry?

It is very easy as it will update until you make it and press the blue button named “Update” and with that you can keep it on the blog or if you wish that you do not want to, then you can just not press it and it will reset to the last time you actually pressed it.

Safety and Security

A username is what anyone has got but the password is what you know as you make it. Traditionally has to be quite strong as this can also can make the password really hard for people trying to get into your account to know

Improving accessibility in a blog

Choice of colours

Traditionally you would have 3 different colours maximum, more is not better as it looks more busy with more.

Having colours will almost be for the theme that you are trying to use, like if you had a blog about graveyards you would not have bright blue or yellow it would more of a black or greyish colours as they will be for the more depressing mood of the topic.

Having some chosen colours will make readers be the “in state” that the colours are trying to make
